The Reporting & exporting module has 3 sub-modules. Manage standard reports for defining new report, View standard reports for viewing the produced reports and Exporting data & results for exporting what you want out of SIGMAOpRisk.
All defined reports are run automatically on an end-of-day basis in batch and is available to the user in the View standard reports module daily.
TYPES OF STANDARD REPORTS
SIGMAOpRisk comes with four types of standard report types build into the system. The standard reports cover: Incidents, Potential events, Calculated results and Regulatory. The Incidents and Potential events reports are extensive, showing all relevant information about the observed incidents and potential events. The Calculate results report show the results of the different batch calculations performed on that particular date. The Regulatory report comes with a full breakdown of incidents reported from the previous year broken into Basel loss categories. The table produced in this report is exactly what the FSA requests on regulatory reporting.
Below you can see page 3 of the incident report (danish version), showing how the number of incidents reported change over time and the number of incidents across legal entities in total and from the previous month.
All data and results in SIGMAOpRisk can be exported at any point in time and for any particular date and be used for special ad-hoc analyses or integrated into a larger internal BI framework. The exporting sources include incidents, potential events, calculated results, external loss experience, controls, insurance schemes and causes.
